Something come up last minute and aren’t able to attend RepFest, but still want your Swag Bag?
First, we will get over being sad that you missed out on all the fun. Then, we will notify the team to have your Swag Bag placed in an upcoming shipment order that’s coming directly to you.
How do I register for Training Seminars, Certification Classes and Guest Speakers?
No sign ups required for any certification class or break out session. Large meeting spaces are provided so everyone can enjoy and receive as much training as possible.
Will there be an incentive to earn free registration?
Not at this time. If an incentive is launched and you earn free registration, you’ll be issued a refund – so don’t wait to register. Reserve your spot now!
What is the RepFest Cancellation Policy?
You may cancel your registration and receive a full refund of your registration fee if you cancel by May 31, 2018. You will receive a 50% refund if you cancel between June 1 and June 30. Refunds will not be offered after July 1. You can, however, transfer your registration to another active Representative. That request must be made by July 15.

Which meals are provided by Avon?
Meals are not provided at RepFest. Boxed lunches are available for pre-order for Saturday and Sunday. Reserve yours when you register for Repfest. Columbus is well-known for its food scene so you’ll also find a variety of fun food trucks and dozens of dining options within walking distance of the Arena and Convention Center. Try something new!
Will boxed lunches be available this year?
Yes! Boxed lunches are available for preorder for both Saturday, July 28 and Sunday, July 29 at the Convention Center. Reserve yours when you register for Repfest. Each boxed lunch will include a sandwich, chips, cookie and bottled water. Sandwich choices are turkey, roast beef or veggie. Lunches can be pre-ordered for $19 each through July 20 ($20.43 with tax). Boxed lunches will increase to $27 ($29.03 with tax) on location and will be available on a first-come, first-served basis.
How do I book my flight to Columbus?
Columbus is so easy to get to! John Glenn International Airport (CMH) is a major hub and many airlines offer direct flights from around the country. While Avon does not book transportation for Representatives, we have negotiated airfare discounts on three major airlines for flights to RepFest: American Airlines, Delta, and Southwest.

Can I use my Avon account to book a hotel room?
No. Booking a hotel requires a credit card, but you may be able to use President’s Points to pay for your stay. See the next question for how to do this.
How do I use President’s Points to book a room?
To pay for your room with President’s Points, you will first need to use a credit card to secure your reservation until Points can be verified. Your Points must cover the entire cost of at least one night. You may, however, pay for one night with Points and another night with a credit card. After you make your initial booking (with a credit card), email AvonRepFest@AvonUSA.com with your name, the hotel you’ve chosen, your hotel confirmation number and please make sure to include “Hotel Points” in the subject line in the email. Tell us how many nights you want to purchase with Points. We’ll notify you via email within 48 hours once we have verified your Points. If your credit card was charged, it will be credited before you check out. Any requests to use President’s Points must be made by July 15.

How can I avoid long lines during hotel check-in?
Check with your hotel to see if they offer a loyalty program and a mobile app that offers remote check-in.
How many people can stay in my hotel room?
If the room you book has two beds, up to four guests can stay in the same hotel room at no additional charge. We know how much you love to have an Avon slumber party, so we negotiated this provision just for you!
When the hotels sell out, how do I add my name to a wait list?
There isn’t a wait list available. We do expect RepFest to sell out, and that means the hotels may sell out as well. Another great reason to register right away!
When will I be charged?
If you use a credit card for RepFest registration, the charge will appear within 48 hours. If you charge registration to your Avon account, the expense will appear within 72 hours. If you use President’s Points, the transaction will occur immediately.
See above for information on using President’s Points for your hotel room. If your plans change, you’ll need to cancel your room reservation by July 15, 2018 to avoid being charged for the first night’s room and tax.
Can I extend my stay at the Avon-negotiated rate before or after RepFest?
Yes. Special Avon-negotiated rates are available three days before and after RepFest (July 24 – August 2, 2018) on a first-come, first-served basis. Check availability when booking your hotel stay. President’s Points cannot be used for extended-stay nights.
What is the Incidental Hold & Charge Policy at the hotels?
Before you head to RepFest, please take a minute to review your hotel’s policy for incidental charges. At all hotels, you’ll be asked to present a credit card for incidental charges when you check in. Be sure to understand your hotel’s credit card hold policy. These policies require a certain amount to be held on your credit card during your stay, which is then credited back to your card after you check out. If you have a roommate, make sure you settle your room charges together during checkout at the front desk.
Can I bring a guest?
Yes. You may register up to two guests at the same price as Representatives. We recommend you register your guests ASAP. All Guests must be 18 years or older. Payment can be made via MasterCard, Visa, Avon Account or President’s Points.
Are there any restrictions for attendees under 21?
Bars and clubs in Columbus may be off-limits to attendees under 21 even when accompanied by a parent or guardian.
Does my guest get a Swag Bag?
Yes! And they’ll love it!
Can I bring a non-registered guest to the Rascal Flatts concert?
This exclusive event is just for registered Representatives and guests. However, we are now offering the option for registered Representatives to bring children under the age of 18 to the concert for $29 per ticket/child. Children under the age of 3 can attend the concert at no cost.
To add children (under the age of 18) for the Rascal Flatts concert, click “Register” in the navigation bar above and sign in with your Avon 8-digit account number. If you are registering for the first time, you can add your children (under the age of 18) to the concert once the confirmation of your registration appears. If you’ve already registered, your existing registration confirmation will appear once you sign in so you can add your children (under the age of 18) to the concert. Children under the age of 3 can attend the concert at no cost.
Can my guest attend the training seminars with me?
Yes! And it’s an especially great idea to take your recruit leads with you so they can experience how exciting it is to be an Avon Representative!
I understand that all RepFest guests must be 18 years or older. However, can I bring a child who is under 18 to the Rascal Flatts concert? What would the cost be?
Yes for $29 per ticket, you can add children (under the age of 18) to your registration. Please plan to register any children in advance of the event. Unfortunately, we won’t be able to add children at the Arena on the day of the event.
Children under the age of 3 can attend the concert at no cost.
How do I register my child under 18 for the Rascal Flatts concert?

Are wheelchairs and scooters available for rent?
Yes. Motorized scooters and and wheelchairs can be rented from Scootaround Personal Transportation Systems. Book your choice by Sunday, July 15 by calling 888-441-7575 or online at Scootaround.com/avonrepfest. All rentals will be available for pick up at the Franklin Room in the Hyatt Regency Friday and Saturday, July 27 and 28, 7:00 a.m. – 9:00 p.m. and Sunday, July 29 from 7:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
What are the rental costs for wheelchairs and motorized scooters?
Wheelchairs and motorized scooters must be reserved in advance. A 3-day motorized scooter rental costs $165, and $55 for each additional day. Wheelchairs are available for $25 per day. President’s Points cannot be used to rent motorized scooters and wheelchairs.
Where do I pick up the wheelchair or motorized scooter I reserved and where do I store it?
Rentals can be picked up at the Franklin Room in the Hyatt Regency Friday and Saturday, July 27 and 28, 7:00 a.m. – 9:00 p.m. and Sunday, July 29 from 7:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. It comes pre-charged and ready to use, plus there’s onsite support should you need anything. Scooters and wheelchairs must be stored overnight inside your hotel room; they cannot be left in the hallways.
What should I do if I have a mechanical problem with a wheelchair or motorized scooter that I rent for RepFest?

Which hotels provide the easiest access to the Convention Center with a motorized scooter or wheelchair?
All hotels are accessible to guests with disabilities. However, if you plan to use a motorized scooter or wheelchair during RepFest, we recommend you select the Crown Plaza, Drury Inn & Suites, Hilton Columbus, or Hyatt Regency as each is connected to the Convention Center and provides the easiest access
What should I wear to RepFest?
Late July in Columbus can be a little warm, with daytime highs in the mid-80s F, and lows in the high-60s F. By contrast, indoor venues can be chilly, so dressing in layers is a great idea and will keep you comfy. Also, RepFest involves a moderate amount of walking this year, so comfortable shoes are a must.
While RepFest is a celebration focused on fun and learning, it’s also a business meeting, and we are representing Avon to everyone we meet. That’s why we ask that you plan to wear business casual attire for RepFest. Think typical office attire: nice capris, khakis, polo shirts, collared shirts and casual skirts and dresses. And of course, Avon fashion is always in fashion! For the Rascal Flatts concert, break out the blue jeans! Wear your Avon colors with pride and choose attire that is sporty and fun.
Who is the entertainment this year?
The pride of Columbus, Rascal Flatts, will be performing an exclusive evening concert just for Avon RepFest on Saturday, July 28 at Nationwide Arena!
