GettIng Around RepFest 2018

Airport Shuttles

It’s an easy 10-minute ride to RepFest from the Columbus John Glenn International Airport (CMH), and you have several transportation options, including Lyft, Uber, and taxis. We recommend the AirConnect Shuttle.

The AirConnect Shuttle from the airport to all RepFest hotels runs on the hour and half hour, 6:00 a.m. – 9:00 p.m. each day for $2.75 one-way or $5.50 round trip. Tickets cannot be purchased in advance, but the ticket kiosk is conveniently located at the shuttle stop outside the baggage claim level of the airport, next to the taxi stand. Purchase a round-trip ticket when you arrive or grab your return ticket at the Visitor Center in the Convention Center. Note that you can pay the driver in cash on the bus, but change is not given.

Mobility Accommodations

RepFest involves multiple hotels and spans the Columbus Convention Center and nearby Nationwide Arena. The event will require moderate walking between hotels and venues, including a 10-minute walk between the Convention Center and the Arena. Representatives who will be using motorized scooters or wheelchairs during RepFest will receive access to reserved elevators and viewing areas in General Sessions and Breakout Sessions.

All hotels are accessible to guests with disabilities. However, if you plan to use a motorized scooter or wheelchair during RepFest, we recommend you select the Crown Plaza, Drury Inn & Suites, Hilton, or Hyatt Regency as each is connected to the Convention Center and provides the easiest access to the Convention Center. If you selected an accessible room, the hotel will contact you prior to RepFest to discuss your specific accessibility needs. Scooters and wheelchairs must be stored overnight inside your hotel room; they cannot be left in the hallways. President’s Points cannot be used to rent motorized scooters and wheelchairs.

Hotel and Convention
Center Parking

Parking is available at all hotels. See hotel listings on the Hotels tab for daily rates. Additional parking is available at the Convention Center’s Goodale Garage, South Garage, Vine Street Garage and East Surface Lot at the special rate of $10 per day or $20 overnight.
