What is the RepFest Cancellation & Transfer Policy?
We hope you’ll never need it, but here it is:
100% refund if you cancel by May 1, 2019
50% refund if you cancel before June 1, 2019
Refunds will not be offered after June 1, 2019.
Rather than cancel, you can transfer your registration to another active Representative! That request must be made by July 15, 2019. Give the gift that keeps on giving!

When will I be charged for registration?
If you use a credit card for RepFest registration, the charge will appear within 48 hours. If you charge registration to your Avon account, the expense will appear within 72 hours. If you use President’s Points, the transaction will occur immediately.
How do I register for Training Seminars, Certification Classes and Guest Speakers?
Just show up! No sign-ups are required. We’ve reserved large meeting spaces so everyone can enjoy and receive as much training as possible.
Will there be an incentive to earn free registration?
There’s no incentive at this time. However, if a RepFest incentive is launched and you earn free registration, you’ll be issued a refund. So don’t hesitate to register! Grab your spot now.
What do I do if I registered through the 2019 Pre-Registration Special?
Congratulations! You’re already registered. All you have to do is go into the registration site to edit your profile and add any additional guests.

President’s Club Beauty Bash on the Bayou
Who’s eligible to attend the Beauty Bash?
All current President’s Club members will receive invitations to the first-ever Beauty Bash on the Bayou!
Can I still qualify to attend the Beauty Bash?
Yes! Earn President’s Club by RepFest 2019 and you’ll also earn an invitation to this event.
Are wheelchairs and scooters available for rent?
We are once again partnering with Scootaround Personal Transportation Systems for mobility device rental.
A variety of scooter styles are available for rent. A 3-day motorized scooter rental costs $165, and $55 for each additional day. Wheelchairs are available for $25 per day. Scooters come pre-charged and ready to use, and onsite support is available should any issues arise.

A limited number of rentals will be available onsite. To ensure availability, reserve yours in advance. President’s Points cannot be used to rent motorized scooters and wheelchairs.

Where do I pick up the wheelchair or motorized scooter I reserved and where do I store it?
Rentals can be picked up at the Convention Center. Scooters come pre-charged and ready to use, and there’s onsite support should an issue arise. Wheelchairs and scooters must be stored overnight inside your hotel room; they cannot be left in the hallways.
If I’m using a mobility device, which hotel should I choose?
Those renting or bringing their own motorized scooters or wheelchairs are encouraged to book a hotel room at Hilton New Orleans Riverside, Omni Riverfront Hotel, New Orleans Downtown Marriott Convention Center, Hampton Inn & Suites New Orleans Convention Center and Hyatt Place New Orleans Convention Center as they are the closest hotels to the Convention Center and offer the easiest route to RepFest. See the Hotels tab for information on those hotels.
What should I do if I have a mechanical problem with a wheelchair or motorized scooter that I rent for RepFest?
Please see a Scootaround representative onsite in the room where you picked up your device.
Which meals are provided by Avon?
No meals are provided. Of course, one thing New Orleans is known for is its incredible food, which will be easily accessibly near the Convention Center. Gumbo, crawfish etouffee, jambalaya, red beans and rice, po-boys – oh my! And of course, grab an authentic beignet. You won’t be sorry.
How do I book my flight to New Orleans?
Louis Armstrong New Orleans International Airport (MSY) is a major hub and many airlines offer direct flights from around the country. Avon doesn’t book transportation for Representatives, but we’ve negotiated airfare discounts on three major airlines for flights to RepFest: American, Delta, and Southwest.

Which hotel should I choose for RepFest?
We’ve negotiated special rates at several New Orleans hotels. See the Hotel tab of this website for information on those hotels, accessibility, rates, etc. You must book through the links on this website in order to get the RepFest rate. Do not call the hotel directly to do so. All hotels are walking distance from the Convention Center!
Can I use my Avon account to pay for my hotel room?
No, but you can use President’s Points. See next question for details.
How do I use President’s Points to book a room?
You can use your President’s Points to pay for your room. While your Points are being verified, however, you’ll need to use a credit card to secure your reservation.
Don’t know how many points you have available? Go to YourAvon.com and click on the “Rewards and Recognition” tab at the top of the page. Scroll to the pink button that says, “Visit Rewards Headquarters” and look up your Points balance.
Make sure you have enough points to pay for the full amount due for at least one night. You can split your reservation and pay part with President’s Points and the rest with your credit card.
After you make your initial booking (with a credit card), email AvonRepFest@AvonUSA.com with your name, the hotel you’ve chosen, and your hotel confirmation number. Tell us how many nights you want to purchase with Points. We’ll verify your points and issue a credit to your hotel booking. If your credit card was charged, it will be credited at that time.
Any requests to use President’s Points must be made by July 15, 2019.
What if it turns out I can’t attend RepFest or need to make changes to my hotel reservation?
You can easily make those changes. Cancellations or changes can be made to your reservation through Monday, July 8 through the registration website or by emailing AvonRepFest@experient-inc.com.
Beginning Thursday, July 11, 2019, attendees will begin receiving confirmations from the hotels. At that point, you’ll contact the hotel directly to make any changes or cancellations. Make sure you have your hotel confirmation number in hand.
Reservations must be cancelled at least 72 hours prior to arrival in order to prevent a charge for one night’s room rate and tax.

Can I get my money and President’s Points back from my hotel reservation?
Yes. To retain your President’s Points, simply notify us at the number/email below.

How can I avoid long lines during hotel check-in?
Many hotels have loyalty programs and mobile apps that offer remote check-in. Check with your hotel.
How many people can stay in my hotel room?
If the room you book has two beds, up to four guests can stay in the same hotel room at no additional charge.
We know how much you love to have an Avon slumber party, so we negotiated this provision just for you!
When the hotels sell out, how do I add my name to a wait list?
Sorry, there’s no wait list. We do expect RepFest to sell out, which means the hotels may sell out as well. Another great reason to register right away!
Can I extend my stay at the Avon-negotiated rate before or after RepFest?
Yes, and if you haven’t visited New Orleans before, you may want to! Special RepFest rates are available three days before and after RepFest (July 29 – August 7, 2019) on a first-come, first-served basis. Check availability when booking your hotel stay. President’s Points cannot be used for extended-stay nights.
What is the Incidental Hold & Charge Policy at the hotels?
Each hotel has its own policies. Take a look at your hotel’s policy for incidental charges.
At all hotels, you’ll be asked to present a valid credit card for incidental charges when you check in. Be sure to understand your hotel’s credit card hold policy. These policies require a certain amount to be held on your credit card during your stay, which is then credited back to your card after you check out. If you have a roommate, make sure you settle your room charges together during checkout at the front desk.
Who should I bring as my Guest?
RepFest is the perfect way to share the Avon love with your best customers and recruit leads! You can register up to two Guests at either the full registration price or $59 Guest registration price. (Only full registrations will receive the Swag Bag.) We recommend you register your Guests ASAP. All Guests must be 18 years or older. Note that other Representatives and Co-applicants cannot be registered as Guests.
Are there any restrictions for attendees under 21?
Bars and clubs in New Orleans may be off-limits to attendees under 21 even when accompanied by a parent or guardian.
Does my guest get a Swag Bag?
Yes, if they choose the full registration price. And they’ll love it!
Can my Guest attend the training seminars with me?
Yes! And it’s an especially great idea to take your recruit leads with you so they can experience how exciting it is to be an Avon Representative!
What should I wear to RepFest?
August in New Orleans can be a little warm. Okay, it can be a lot warm! Average daytime highs are in the low-90s, with lows in the high 70s. By contrast, indoor venues can be chilly, so dressing in layers is a great idea and will keep you comfy. Also, RepFest involves a moderate amount of walking, so comfortable shoes are a must. And, of course, plenty of Skin So Soft sunscreen!
Also remember, while RepFest is a celebration focused on fun and learning, it’s also a business meeting, and we are representing Avon to everyone we meet. That’s why we ask that you plan to wear business casual attire for RepFest. Think typical office attire: nice capris, khakis, polo shirts, collared shirts and casual skirts and dresses. And of course, Avon fashion is always in fashion! Wear your Avon colors with pride and choose attire that is sporty and fun.
What if I have a medical situation onsite? Are there first aid and medical services available?
Hopefully you won’t need it, but yes we are fully prepared for medical emergencies.
The New Orleans Fire Department and EMS is stationed in permanent Medical Room located in Lobby B, which is fully equipped to handle first aid needs. The Medical Room will be available to attendees throughout each General Session, party, or function, beginning 30 minutes before the session kicks off.
For more serious emergencies, a red emergency phone is located outside every room in the convention center. Dial 3040 for medical assistance.
If you’d prefer to use your cell phone, call medical dispatch at 504-582-3040
If the medical professionals decide you need more attention than they can provide onsite, they will refer you to one of the many Urgent Care facilities or hospitals that are nearby.
What about non-medical emergencies?
Use the same procedure as above. Dial 3040 from a red emergency phone or 504-582-3040 from your cell phone.
Is wi-fi available in the Convention Center?
Yes, you will able to stay connected throughout RepFest! We want you to post, pin, tag, and tweet everything you’re experiencing!
